LPG prices are subject to frequent revisions as determined by BPCL and the Government of India. The final price applicable will be the price on the date of actual delivery, not the date of booking. All payments must be made as per the official invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery, Ravi Gas Service shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, force majeure events, or improper handling of LPG equipment by the customer after delivery.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
